Great property and very well maintained. Great staff, Lauren was able to answer all my questions and get the correct unit to fit my needs. Highly recommended for not only price but staff!
Came in to look for a small unit to put my babies things from when she was born as they are taking up space in my small townhouse. Was greeted by Lauren and she stuck with me the entire time and answered all my silly questions with ease and a great attitude. Will DEFINITELY be getting a unit at this location thanks to her!!!
Lauren was amazing. She walked me through all the legal elements of the business but more importantly she talked to me as a person rather than just another customer. It was am amazing experience. And the Facility was amazing as well. Very well maintained. Only down side was no real level place to park when loading and unloading.
All has been fine other than a rate increases, doors going down and not working sometimes and late fees on payment 3 days latenOver the holidays. People have been nice and facility is good.
