I had the great experience when I visited this location today! The two ladies that were on duty made a simple task, one that was filled with optimism when you look at race relations in our Country. They saw me as a customer and treated me with the utmost respect and customer service. They even assited me by bringing my boxes out to my car as we continued our friendly conversation. Although I don't have the need to purchase moving supplies on a regular basis, I will be sure to refer people to this location!nnYour company is fortunate to have these two ladies as a part of your team!
Easy on-line rental process. Facility is very clean. Personnel very helpful and professional. Now they have a great smartphone app that simplifies access and has all your account info. Only thing I would change would be to make the insurance optional instead of mandatory.
Rented our unit online which was a super easy experience! Was able to reserve our unit, select our move in date and pay online. Instructions and codes were emailed promptly before move in. A lock was included but we had our own. Showed them our lock and they happily refunded the difference, took the time to show me how to properly open and lock up the unit. Fantastic customer service! Very pleased
