Online ordering is a breeze. Online pick-up curbside not so much. They asks what were the items on your order instead of your order number. The instructions say to call the store and give them your name and order number. Apparently they need to know exactly what is in your cart. Very frustrating. They have a good selection although usually stock is low or out. I have found online prices are massively cheaper than in store prices so if you are purchasing a high ticket item buy online and pick up later. I love seeing all the pets in the store. Their associates at check out are always great. Aisles are wide enough for multiple customers and it's easy to find items in the store. I don't like the creepy bald headed manager that follows you around the store. I do think customers should be able to see their animals getting groomed from the other side even if they have to tint the windows so the groomers and puppies don't get distracted by their owners.

This is probably the best Petsmart in Hampton Roads! The employees are professional and kind. The store is very very clean. The aquarium section is well stocked and the tanks are clean and don’t look like plain fish breeding tanks like MOST pet store fish tanks. I will make this my go to location from here on out. Great job guys!

I took my dog in for grooming. He was matted on his underbelly and near his tail. The rest of him was not. I stated I DID NOT WANT HIM SHAVED TO HIS SKIN. However, when I picked my dog up, that is EXACTLY how he had been groomed. Down to his skin! My dog was so nervous when I picked him up that he urinated and despite the fact that I had several things in my hand AND I was trying to calm my dog, not one of the 4 people behind the counter offered me a hand. Instead they just shove a giant roll if brown paper at me. They didn't even have the decency to tear a piece off for me. AND, I paid for extra services and amenities. One of which my dog was to receive a bandana. Well, he didn't get one and this is the second time this has happened. The first time I was willing to overlook it as a an oversight. But two times is a sign of a bad business. Needless to say, I will NEVER take my dog there again.
