I bought a puppy from here. Theyre dogs.... did you expect them to have luxury bedrooms. They also typically sell pretty fast. they Bathed my golden retriever and gave him his shots. I saw nothing wrong with this place to be quite honest

I love buying my pets from here. The animals are always clean and the pet food/ supplies are reasonably priced. To the people complaining, this business puts a lot of time and effort into satisfying their customers and y’all love playing the race card smh ud83eudd26ud83cudffe‍♂ufe0f. I’ve been coming here for about 4 1/2 years and will continue to shop here ✊ud83cudffe.

When visiting this store for the first time, the puppies seemed in good health overall. I asked the staff if I could see a basset hound puppy and their reply was - we can only allow you to visit with a puppy if you intend on taking it home, otherwise no play dates allowed due to COVID. Honestly, that makes zero sense. How do I know if I want to take the puppy home unless I visit with him/her first? Animals have personalities that you don’t know or click with until you meet/interact with them. The staff wasn’t rude about it at all, but this scenario was very frustrating to me. COVID shouldn’t affect a visitation/play time with puppies that need a home. This store and franchise lost my business today and I will not be back.

They keep the dogs in metal cages some without mats at all or a very small one I can only imagine how painful that can be
