Called Serenity to see about lowering the flange on our toilet. Our tech, Chris, was excellent. He was right on time, very professional and knowledgeable but also friendly easy-going. He wore booties to protect the floors, which made my wife happy. Serenity cost less than some of the big advertisers but give great service.
I originally called Serenity to get a quote to have my gas line extended to my kitchen. The people who man the phones and help you set up your appointments are just wonderful. Very professional, very helpful, and do a great job of keeping you up to date with arrival times etc. They sent Chris out and he obviously has a lot of experience and was able to explain everything to me easily. While talking I mentioned my hot water tank and asked him some questions about it. He explained to me a lot of things about maintenance that the people who installed it never bothered to tell me!nnThe quote to install the gas line was on the low end of the spectrum of what was to be expected (I talked to another guy who used to install gas lines and he gave me a heads up as to what to look out for with quotes). I scheduled them for the gas install and also to flush my water heater.nThe install and service went off without a hitch. He arrived on time and finished in the time they estimated. He took the time to show my wife all the work after he was done to be sure we were happy with what he did.nnI cant tell you how important it is to find a reliable, honest plumber when you own a home. It took us a while but we have found ours!
Serenity plumbing came out to repair a faucet that was leaking in our kitchen. Chris, our technician, was professional, friendly, and courteous. After repairing our faucet he educated us on how to maintain our gas hot water heater and gave us information on upgrades. Great company, good people. Thank you!
Technician was very knowledgeable and fixed my water heater quickly. He explained everything he was doing and what caused the problem so it wouldnt happen again. I would recommend this company to everyone and will use again. Thank you Serenity Plumbing for helping me.
Serenity plumbing is honest and professional. We liked them as soon as they came out quickly to fix hot water heater and told us we only needed to hit reset switch. Minimal charge. They fixed our leaky toilet beautifully as well.
