This is a one price cleaners and I take my work uniforms as well as my causal shirts and pants. They do good with those things. The shirts are not starched well and wouldn't do for my better shirts. Good service and for the price it is great

I’ve been using continental for years, even when they were on midlothian and they have always been nice. After this weekend, I’m done. We come from Farmville to put clothes in here. We’ve always picked up on time. So I put in clothes as I picked up my wife’s clergy attire, a bit before thanksgiving. So I send someone over to pick up the order THIS SATURDAY and they tell the gentlemen “someone picked up my clothes at 12:45”. Sir, who did you give my clothes to? Pull up the cameras? I’m told, “We don’t have the clothes” then that shifted to “we don’t have another ticket under your name” tooooooo this order has been here since September. But you can’t answer what was a part of the order. OR WHO YOU GAVE IT TO.nnSo today when I call to ask if my clothes have been located, he asked me could it be under another number? I tell him I’m certain because I dropped it off. But as I start listing numbers, they find the order under my mother. He then gets irritated with me that I gave him the wrong number and he worked late for nothing. I gave that woman my number, she put it under the wrong name. BUT AGAIN, where are the clothes that you just have away??! I can’t lol. Sir please give me my clothes when I come. Goodbye and thank you.nnConstructive feedback: I run 3 companies and co manage one in the service industry; finding a way to blame the customer for your mistake is not good business practice. It’s better to just admit the mistake and save a client. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I take my comforters there. Very clean and fast.
