Place has REALLY gone downhill since the lead Pharmacist John left some time ago. Used to get great service now it is really pathetic. New techs with attitudes and old pharmacists.

Horrible customer service at the pharmacy. They never answer the phone and always leave you on hold without ever picking up. Last time it happened I drove up there since i had a question that couldn't be answered by the automated system. They did not appear to be busy so I tried to call again from the parking lot to see what would happen. Again, put on hold for over 5 minutes with no one picking up. I went inside and there were 4 people working in the pharmacy. Although I was the only person in line, I had to wait several minutes for two of them to finish a personal conversation before anyone assisted me. Since that experience I've switched to another pharmacy and the customer service at the new pharmacy is so much better.

Today was my 1st time ever getting a flu shot. The procedure was quick , and not many people waiting to get shot as well. I used the app to schedule the appointment just in case there would be A-line.

really bad customer service. And when they were packing up my stuff they didn't put it in the bag they THREW IT and we called the manager and he didn't do ANYTHING. This has happened 3 times already!!!!

I would find another pharmacy! I picked Up a prescription assuming it was one my physician just called in and was simply told I have one RX for pick up. The clerk at the drive through never informed me of the Rx and when I got home I had the wrong one. Both the store and their 800 customer service would not make it correct!! I understand that they can’t take an Rx back, but the consumer should not be responsible for the store’s error!!!!
