The pharmacy team here is amazing. They are very efficient with the COVID testing and drive thru support. The cashiers are amazing too. It’s very very clean and everyone follows the rules with masks and spacing. Kinda nice to see...

This location is terribly slow filling prescriptions. This is the last CVS between Amelia and Farmville. When trying to get a simple antibiotic filled that my doctor sent over, I waited 30 minutes to head up there and waited in the drive thru for another 20. Get to the window only to be told that it's going to be another 20 minutes! This is a constant issue for this location and not being able to get a hold of someone in the Pharmacy. I honestly would rather go to the DMV than deal with this location.

I don't understand why it is so difficult for the pharmacy to answer phone calls. Consistently, I will be waiting on hold for at least 30 minutes before anyone picks up. As I write this, I'm going on nearly 45 minutes of hold music. This is extremely frustrating because I feel that this pharmacy is not able or willing to provide customer service. I have time-sensitive questions about my medication, and due to COVID I am trying to limit unnecessary trips out, so dealing with this every single time I call is really disappointing. I would call to voice my concern or file a complaint... but seeing as they never pick up, that doesn't seem like a viable option. Fun fact: When they finally did pick up, they didn't say a word before hanging up on me. Well worth the wait!

My granddaughter and I visited the Moseley store Saturday evening. I realized the following morning I had misplaced my debit card. In a panic I called the store and spoke to the manager Jeff. He said he would review the recording and call me back. 10 minutes later he called. Check your shirt pocket!!!! Thanks Jeff.
