Went to see what was wrong with my phone after it not charging at all,the man running the store told me he would fix my home button and see if my battery needed replaced which in the end it did. He changed my battery and fixed my button in no time at all and explained everything he was doing. He even gave me and my mom bottles of water while we were waiting and seemed like a genuine nice guy! Servicenwas amazing and I will recommend him to friends!
Went in to get my phone fixed, and after putting the new screen on it still wouldn't work. Ali gave me a great price on a new phone and a new case, and didn't charge me for the screen he had already replaced. I won't go anywhere else for anything phone related!

Took my iPhone 8 Plus with a completely shattered screen expecting a costly and long repair. 15 mins later it was 100% fixed and works perfectly. And take lessons on customer service. Ali was great. Offered drinks and made me comfortable. Wooing be foolish to look anywhere else.
Was able to repair my iPhone on the spot works perfectly now! Also purchased a new iPhone while there at what I believe to be the best price I’ve seen in Erie. Was friendly and helpful and I wasn’t treated as a commission check alike at the chain stores. Thank you again
