The service at this store is very good and once you do walk into the store they ask you what you are doing today so their service is very good and that is why I would recommend their service any day.And they also sell cellphones that you are looking for too.
I don't know the guys name and I do feel bad about that,but he has blonde hair and it's flipped to one side. Literally Everytime I've been in there with an issue or question, he's been knowledgeable and friendly. I switched to cricket out of necessity since metro closed their doors for covid and I needed a new phone whose screen wasn't cracked and he made it happen. I've stopped one with questions and concerns and he's answered everything perfectly. I'll keep on with cricket because of the service.
I switched over from metro pcs and it was the best decision i have made! As soon as i walked through that door i was greeted by a gentleman named Amel he helped me with every little thing possible from choosing the right plan, the right phone and he even got my contacts from my old phone to the other in a matter of seconds even tho Metro said it cant be done LOL i will always come to Cricket on state street whenever needed. Amel and the rest of the staff made me feel very welcome and very friendly and believe it or not i had a blast in there cracking jokes with them for the time being LOLL! Very satisfied and I recommend everyone to come to the state street store!!! Happy customer :)
Very help full and very nice workers
Just switched from sprint as i walked in i was greeted by a huge smile by Amel! Right off the bat Amel helped me pick out the right phone and a plan to help me save money! Amel had told me that i would love Cricket if i joined and he said if I didn’t believe him i can try the service out and if i did not like it he would give me $50 hahaha well i ended up loving the service but most importantly what i loved was how well and professional this kid does his job, i did not feel like a stranger when i walked through that door! I will often be stopping in and checking up on my new friend!!! Thanks Amel, you helped me so much!!!!
