Went to great American sportsman show in harrisburg gave me a price of 700 on excalibur crossbow 340 td show special and bag for 50 good for 2 week after show now I call and told they can't do that real bad business don't go there what a joke!
Old woody knows how to set a bow and is very knowledgeable but unfortunately all this doesn’t make up for his bad attitude. He is grumpy and touchy and you always feel like you have to tip toe around him. I Bought my first bow from him but didn’t go back for the second one. He ain’t bad if your ok with putting up with his terribly bad attitude every other time you go in.
Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about Excalibur crossbows and gave me great advice to help with my set up. Had all the parts I needed and some things I didn't need but had to have. Will return again in future to purchase an upgrade.
I purchased the build your own Excalibur Micro 335 Crossbow. I didn't have to pay for things I didn't need and their prices and service were the best. They were very helpful with questions I had on the phone. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again. The crossbow arrived just as I ordered it and I'm very happy with my purchase! Woody's & Excalibur is the BEST!!!!!
Excalibur sent me to Woody's with an RMA for a new crossbow main frame. I called them, since they are close to my house, and they said I could bring it in to save on shipping. I'm glad it broke, otherwise I may not have found this great resource. They were able to fix it while I waited to get me back in business ASAP. They were very knowledgeable about accessories for my specific crossbow, and installed the ones I purchased for no charge (string dampeners). The guys there are professionals that understand hunters' needs and great customer service. They'll be my first stop for bow hunting supplies in the future.
