As a foot and ankle specialist in practice for 20 years, I have had the opportunity to use and assess orthotics from dozens of labs across the country. The fit and finish of Solo's products is second to none. Their devices hold up well which makes for happy patients! Customer service provided by the techs there has been top notch! I am confident that if I have a difficult case or need help on troubleshooting an orthotic prescription, they are there for me.
Solo has always provided a high quality product in a timely fashion. Customer service is always top notch. Unfortunately other reviews complain of the cost which has nothing to do with Solo, those are set by the physician/practice that the patient is being seen at.
I've been wearing SOLO Go insoles for about 2 months. My feet are more comfortable and hurt much less at the end of the day. Customer service was excellent from beginning to end. I would buy another pair of these in the future!
