This is a really awesome trail. It does slope down to the west, gradually as many rail trails do.nThe trail is mostly packed dirt with a few stretches of stone dust. It was very easy to pedal, and was quiet and not crowded at all.nThere were ponds, streams and beaver ponds along most of the trail. We went from miles road to cold spring and back in a little over two hours with a lunch break and several stops. This was on a seventy degree Saturday at around noon to two.

Quiet, peaceful and a great walking, biking trail. Wildlife and birds chirping make this a nice break from the hustle and bustle of city noise.

Love the rail trail, and this parking area is super convenient. Really thankful to the town and the volunteers that help maintain it
