Excellent removal of old and delivery /installation of a new fridge. It was a challenging access route they had to take. They were cautious and professional. Highly recommend.
These guys delivered my new dishwasher and range, and delivered and installed my microwave. They were friendly, professional, efficient, and detail-oriented, diligently cleaning up after completing the installation and proactively pointing out a minor flaw in one piece prior to bringing it inside. They represented my entire Percy’s purchasing experience very well, and I would recommend them to others without hesitation.
I have ordered a fridge from percys worcester and they told me to make sure I have enough opening to bring the item inside the house, else it's a 50% restocking fee. I was worried and confirmed few times before I ordered. Everything was done online. The delivery was perfect. They send an email with the date and time and asked me to confirm it online which I did. They had an online tracking tool where I can find out what's my number and can track exactly where the truck is. This really helped to plan to adjust my meetings. The delivery guys were very professional. They did everything with utmost care - to take out the old fridge and bring in new one. Also removed all packing materials and validated it working fine. The put wooden shims instead of adjusting the legs. They have some explanation that it doesn't have enough length to adjust which I doubt. But they made sure that it's all leveled and all. All in all I am happy with their service.
