Dr. Stoutin and his staff are very informative and friendly. Everything explained well. I've had 2 epidural steroid injections for my neck. Both painless and have had great results so far. Easy to get an appt with referral. Billing was quick and accurate..insurance was billed.

I left a pretty negative review based on my experiences with the limited hours, the facility seeming to be short staffed, the communication being rushed sometimes, and certain side effects of procedures not being fully transparent and discussed enough beforehand.nnThey took my feedback seriously and seemed concerned about my experience, reached out to me and are actively working on things to improve.nnThat's a good sign with any company and hopefully some of those problems continue to get ironed out.

Since the pain clinic moved to tri state they jacked their rates way up. I went in to see if there was anything they could do about my back pain and was only seen for maybe 20 minutes. They looked at my records and tapped on my knees and said I could schedule a shot to be done at a later date. For that little Useless visit, I paid a $45 co pay and then got a $300 bill in the mail. Total waste of time and money!

Every time I have been in there I have always been seen on time. They have given me better care then the last three I had been to. They work with you and try to find the best way to deal with your pain.
