Excellent doctors! I went to this clinic as a child and now my daughter goes there. The place is clean, hospitable, and the Simmermans always make sure our medical needs are met. The nurses do an exceptional job at educating parents on risks and benefits of treatments while still respecting lifestyle decisions. Every office has their flaws, and there are certainly some to this clinic, but I'd gladly take this place over Chas or even most Rockwood doctors.

The doctor's are great but that is the only good thing about this establishment. They are either overbooked or understaffed. The wait time is horrendous and if you want to call back from a nurse it's even worse. all I needed was a note from the doctor so that my child could return to school and after 3 days I still did not receive a call back making my child even further behind. I would not recommend to anyone.

The staff here is so good with the kiddos and give directions that are clear and easy to understand. They are great at getting you when you call. I would recommend anyone with kids go here!

Like any doctors office you can have excellent providers and not so great providers and the opinions are very personalized. That said, we have loved Valley Young Peoples Clinic. Our two children have been treated at both the Liberty Lake location and the Valley location. Their physician is Dr. Brian Simmerman and he is of the excellent category based on our experiences and expectations. The other employees whether at the desk or nurses have also always been polite, helpful and knowledgeable. I will continue to bring my children here and recommend them regularly.

Reviews are tough. People seem to do them when they are angry. I'm not going to lie... someone has upset me at least once in the 4 years I have bringing my kids to the clinic. Thankfully I did not write my review that day because I have had great experiences almost every over time I have gone. They always call me back. I get samples if I ask. I feel listened to and respected. My kids are happy and healthy and the clinic has been there for me while they are sick or I need advice.
