The physical therapy was okay. But billing was joke. They couldnt tell me what my Co pay was. I didnt get a bill for 4 months and they expect it paid off with 6th months of the end date. And the billing person is quite rude, and anything but understanding. Her way or the highway, no matter what your letter from them says. I will not go there again.

Tom Achtien at Rebound Physical Therapy, Pacific Crest is the best therapist my husband has ever seen. His confidence building, therapy application and professionalism has been a terrific experience. He has helped my husband become independent, strong and confident in his recovery from situations beyond his control. I recommend Rebound and Tom with my highest regard. They are the BEST! The staff is very friendly and my physical therapist is amazing. Ive been dealing with severe back pain for years and I'm finally starting to feel better and am more active than I have been since my injury. So many good things to say about this place, I truly feel like I have a second chance at life!

I kept leaving in pain. I told the therapist I couldn't do hamstring stretches and he just kept giving them to me. I missed at least 5 days of work. He was very nice but he just wouldn't listen. And he didn't want me to waste my time so he sent me to the doctor. I appreciated that part.nnHe recommends me go to the doctor at rebound for his opinion. I wait 5 weeks for an appointment. The doctor does an x-ray and says he doesn't know what's wrong. No recommendations no nothing. The doctor is worthless.nnRebound is trash unless you they can see your problem on an image.

The people at Rebound are nice and understand their jobs. That's the good part. The downside is that they take a corporate approach. Very cookie cutter programs- even when a personalized approach is needed. As a result, I was hurt each time I went and eventually went elsewhere so I could best promote healing. It's not really the people, but the approach.
