Had ADA Automatic Door openers installed on doors in the senior living community I run. Vortex was quick to have someone come out and give me a quote and they were excellent with communicating from beginning to end. Very transparent about everything during the entire process. I have been working with Kassandra in the office. She has been nothing but professional and pleasant, and I appreciate that. We just had their tech Mike come out and look at our doors. He got them fixed up in a couple of hours and was friendly as well. I appreciate working with this company!
