This review is about a month overdo but nevertheless. My experience with Dr. Sharifi was excellent, punctual and energized he always had the answers to my questions. As for the rest of the staff they were all very accommodating, and pleasant to talk to. Cookie was especially sweet just as her name suggests. All of my wisdom teeth were removed without a hitch, I fortunately had very little swelling and no bruising. If I had to have it done again I would come see these folks again!

BEST DENTAL SURGICAL EXPERIENCE EVER! Doctor Sharifi and nurse Antoinette truly provided the best care I've ever received. I was quite a nervous patient, and Doctor Sharifi answered all my questions fully, with compassion and respect. Our interactions were warm and personable. The extraction itself was absolutely painless. Great follow up. Five stars all around!

I went to the Tualatin location for a consultation, it’s been a little over a week since and I’m still baffled by the way I was treated. I arrived to my appointment on time with all the paperwork filled out and I waited 20 minutes to get called back. Then the assistant took me back for X-rays she was extremely confused how to work the machine. Then when she tried to pull my X-rays up on the screen she showed me numerous patients names and information which is a HIPAA violation. Then it took 3 total assistants to pull it up on the screen. I then waited a total of 45 minutes for the surgeon only for him to say “I forgot I have to make a phone call, I’ll be back” and came back 15 minutes later. So I waited for nearly an hour to see the surgeon. Who then tried to explain to me my “options” which included a large chance of infection or semi permanent numbness for WISDOM TOOTH removal. Then when I went to discuss with the scheduler they expected me to just hand over $4000 and treated me like an inconvenience when I asked them to actually verify with my insurance companies since I have double dental and double health insurance and the procedure is deemed medically necessary. Now I have to wait 4-6 weeks to hear back the actual total which sounds like still won’t be correct. I work for an Orthopedic surgeon, I understand the process of things. This is a SCAM. A complete waste of $250.nn**adding on since owner posted comment— I spoke with them about my experience they explained that the doctor was having a “bad day and just wanted to go home” they expressed that they would refund my entire payment for my terrible experience. After nearly two months and still no check in the mail I called and left a message they expressed that they had just now mailed it so I’m assuming they forgot. Received the check yesterday and it was LESS than HALF of what I spent there. They are a complete SCAM.

I can’t say enough about this office and staff . I have super bad anxiety and going to the dentist makes it even worse. But Dr. Sharifi made me feel so comfortable as well as his staff. I had to have all my teeth pulled and was in a panic on the way there but as soon as they took me back I was little more at ease. Best experience I have had ever at the dentist. I have never had a Doctor call me after any of my surgery’s a but Dr. Sharifi called that evening to check on me . This place is WONDERFUL from the minute you walk in the door til the time you walk out . Thank you Dr .Sharifi and staff .

I was referred by to Sunset by an orthodontist for dental scans and paid the fee in advance. Problems started with different people at the office giving me conflicting information about requirements for the referral, despite the ongoing relationship between offices.nnThe situation got sorted eventually, I went in for my appointment and everyone at the office was really nice and professional.nThe scans were supposed to be immediately sent over to the ortho for designing an appliance. Everything was arranged around that happening.nnUnfortunately, it's now 3 weeks later and my appointment for appliance fitting is in a few days, but they still haven't sent the file over despite multiple calls to their office. Without their data, nothing has proceeded as the designer hasn't been able to create the appliance. It's pushed the appointment back at least 3 more weeks and with Covid-19 cases in the state getting worse, there's a good chance the entire thing will have to be called off.nnI'm just amazed at the incompetence. How do they justify waiting 3 weeks to put a CD in the mail, as the referral order specified? Why not call with an update and an explanation?nThis isn't a light matter: a medical provider needs to be competent, organized and expedient.nnWould you put your trust in a surgery center that mishandles patient data and can't get it together enough process a work order correctly?
