I live in a mobile home community that has a 5mph speed limit. These drivers are speeding through here kicking up dust and rocks CONSTANTLY! We have a lot of young children that are playing out there (Not mine personally) and one of these days one of the HATS drivers are going to kill a kid. 5mph means 5mph. Teach your drivers to obey speed limits!
