I have worked with Tiffany before on a family matter and she was not only professional, prepared, and knowledgeable, but she was incredibly compassionate. I liked Tiffany's approach to my case, because she was compassionate but she was also very realistic in explaining how family law is difficult because no case is the same as another, and the law is not black and white. I was going through an awful parenting case that involved abuse and she worked hard to get the best possible deal for me and my children. We were able to settle my case at mediation and she presented my case better than I ever could have imagined. My children and me were in excellent hands. If you are looking for an attorney who knows the law and is incredibly supportive, I highly recommend Tiffany for your family law needs. She also helped me form a business as I was rebuilding after my divorce and she was incredibly knowledgeable in this area of the law too. I intend on returning to her for my estate planning needs. I cannot recommend Tiffany enough.

My siblings and I chose mediation, Tiffany being our lawyer. Our oldest sister had suffered a severe stroke and her husband chose to divorce her. By the time we reached mediation we had been through guardianship, conservatorship, court appointed lawyers, judges, social workers, adult protective agency, estate sales and choosing assisted living for her. We were physically and emotionally exhausted and drained.nHer husband’s lawyer came out swinging, threatening to wait till she died and he could collect everything. Tiffany never swung back, not once. Tiffany never did any lawyering that day on our behalf.nLooking back I can see how poorly she was prepared. She never brought up Toni’s rent at assisted living, $4000/month or future increases as she becomes more debilitated and needs more care. She never brought up her monthly expenses, out of pocket physical therapy, clothes, telephone or other necessities relating to her care. At the end of the day he walked away with 60% of a $870,000 house and estimated $50,000.00 worth of guns, John Deere tractor and other vehicles he had sold. Each party is suppose get their car, that did not happen either. We had to pay half of utilities while he was living there and storing all his toys. When We questioned the $50,00.00 we were told by mediator marital assets when asked why we were paying utilities while he was living there we were told we were getting into the weeds. No argument from Tiffany. His lawyer ran the show that day.nWhen I look back I think only if she would have said this is wrong we can do better then this and argued the facts. We were paying her to look out for our sister’s future interest. It was like we were in the room alone that day and we did a damn poor job for our sister. Would I recommend Tiffany? NO. I would recommend her ex husband’s lawyer.

Fantastic customer service. The attorneys at this firm have been handling my business and personal legal affairs and I couldn’t be more pleased. They and all of their support staff have always been professional, kind, available and always willing to go the extra mile to represent my estate in the best possible manner as well as being reasonably priced for the superior quality of work provided. Tiffany and the team at Five Valleys Law was incredibly passionate and extremely dedicated to providing me with the most impressive defense I could wish for. The team is refreshingly compassionate and nonjudgmental making it very easy and comfortable to be open with them about any and all details regardless of the situation.
