I am extremely happy with the customer service, price, selection.....everything! I decided to call and order directly from their shop rather than go through a middle man online. I was amazed at the friendliness of the florist and how quickly they delivered my gift basket (I think it was less than an hour later). She talked with me about the specifics I was wanting to include and gave me thoughtful suggestions. To top it off, they only charged $4 for delivery ---the lowest I have found! That way I was able to spend more on my gift! I highly recommend Rose Petal Floral!
Updated -Changed my review from 1 star to Four stars for the following,nI was contacted by the new owners who purchased this business on October 1st to let me know that they were not aware of the issues I had with the Wallflower and have offered to do something to show that they do not do business in that way. I appreciate them reaching out.nnI ordered flowers for my grandson's funeral. I paid $150 for a floral arrangement that looked like it should have cost $75-$100 at most. I got a message late on the Saturday that they didn't have the particular flower I asked for and wanted to know if it was okay to use silk. Since I was traveling from out of state I didn't get the message until after closing but would have been okay with that. what I ended up seeing when I walked into the church was a huge disappointment. Not because the flowers I asked for weren't in there but because it looked like something that I could have put together for $50. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. To top it off, I sent an email with a photo and requested a partial refund and got NO response. I have shared this poor experience with all my friends and family in the Flathead.
Rose Petal is such a lovely shop! A great spot for unique gifts, beautiful florals, and fun houseplants. Ashley and the Rose Petal staff are all incredibly kind— so glad to have another cool small business in downtown Columbia Falls!
Thank you for the beautiful flower. I did have some concerns about my order. But they made it right.. I would highly recommend them for all your floral needs.
