High prices and low standards of customer view. They hire unworthy people to deliver, don't fix things they should and take forever to fix problems that never should have happened. Yet they get away with it because yuppies still need furniture!
Bought a dresser that was reasonably priced. Shipping was prompt and easy. No masks required, and I respect them for that.
I went to conlins to buy a mattress for a friend going through a hard time, I explained the situation to salesman Keil Wood. Not only did Keil find me a mattress he gave me an amazing deal on a queen size that they had in stock. He was extremely empathetic and kind. My purchase went smoothly and I was quickly loaded up buy a very helpful warehouse gentleman. This is the second mattress I have purchased from them, both experiences were great so I highly recommend using this company!
Michelle was great to work worth. Quality is great! The movers are terrible and unwrapped the furniture before loadng in vehicle. If you want to receive what you ordered then shop somewhere else. After waiting a month part of the sectional was the incorrect piece upon delivering. And had missing parts.
