Kris has an amazing facility. I used to board my horse there and she was great. She always let me know how he was doing. Her arena is AMAZING. It is so nice to be able to use even though my horse is no longer there.

I boarded my team of Belgian drafts for a week in the summer of 2020 after one of them had sinus surgery. I had to bring them from Jackson Wy for the surgery and was looking for a place near the vet that had a corral with shade for the week after surgery. I cannot believe how incredibly fortunate I was to have found this boarding facility. I also have an eventing horse and am familiar with quality boarding facilities and can't think of a single improvement that could be made to this one! My team was able to stay on their own in an enormous corral with and huge shade shelter. I asked that they have hay available all day and the large waterer had fresh running water. I never saw a single fly, the entire facility is spotless. All of the horses are well cared for and peaceful. The owner is present, smart, and kind and is aware of and involved in everything that goes on. She gave my horse his meds daily and kept a close eye on the inscision. She made a difficult time for my team much less stressful. I highly recommend this facility for long-term and temporary boarding and will be forever grateful for the opportunity to keep my team there.

Not only is this facility kept clean and well maintained, Kris is also lovely to work with. She loves her animals and is deeply invested in the well being of the horses in her care. She is very attentive and knowledgeable and is prompt about being in touch whenever she notices anything, and is mindful about consulting owners first before making decisions whenever possible. I trust her fully with the care of my horses and even when I have them at home I always enjoy hauling in to ride at this facility. I can’t recommend VL highly enough!

Kris is doing a great job of bringing this arena back to it's glory days and then some! She has spent countless hours keeping this place in tip top shape. Please don't trash it so we can continue to go there for events! Love those goats! :)
