My experience last night was great, my local pharmacy was closed so I had a prescription sent here. There was a homeless person’s bike laying the vestibule which was odd. They filled my prescription quickly and I was on my way. Fast and convenient.

Called and asked if they could add flavor to a prescription previously filled, said they could. Waited over 30 mins and was told they could not do that. They claimed I must have called a different pharmacy. Showed them the phone call. Said it must have been a miscommunication, but it was my fault for not getting the correct info. So wrong!

I have never been to such a dysfunctional pharmacy in my life! This last time is the straw that broke the camel's back. Drop off a prescription on Monday, went back to pick it up Tuesday, 24 hours later mind you and it was still not ready, they told me to come back in an hour. Blew a gasket, told them I would pick it up later in the day, was not able to so I called this morning, Wednesday, to make sure it was ready before driving over AND IT STILL HAD NOT BEEN FILLED!! This will be the last prescription they will ever fill for me or my family!!

I think that they try their best. Sometimes it just doesn't feel like their best is enough. They do have a difficult and busy job. Had an Rx called in at 0500 and when I showed up at 0800 they said they had just gotten it, and to come back later.

Waited in line for 20 minutes only to be told “they don’t make that anymore.“ Took the same prescription to Walmart and it was filled promptly and for half the price. I am done with Walgreens pharmacy
