I can't say enough good things about First Choice Home Health. I needed care for my husband who had surgery so we used their nurses, who came to my home afterwards. They were so kind and caring and thoughtful too. And they anticipated our needs before we even knew we had that need. Amazing! Love them! My husband ended up needing care after his Medicare benefit ran out, so we used First Choice for aides to come to our home as well. Once again, the gals met and then exceeded our expectations. They're available every time we call. We even met the owner, who often shows up or calls to see how things are going to ensure his staff is doing a great job. If you're looking for a company that really cares and does what it says it will do -- and then some -- pick this company.

Fist Choise has been very helpful in the care of my mother. All the people that have worked with my mom have been professional, kind and caring. I would recommend them to anyone needing home health care.

This is a great company. Loved working here and loved all my clients. They really work with you and your schedule. The people I see and take care of are awesome.

I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for compassionate, SAFE, and supportive home care for themselves or their family members. The office staff argue, talk over you, and don’t listen if you bring concerns to them, they don’t take responsibility, and they place blame on the patients and family or anyone else so it’s not on them. Won’t find a sincere apology or customer service here. This company is clearly about business and profit, over quality of patient care. The in home staff are nice, but they don’t have enough time for you, rush the visits and try to get you discharged as soon as possible and rush the recovery process even if your doctor disagrees and you still need time, so they can keep more of the Medicare profits in exchange for patient safety. This company is run poorly, disorderly, has the wrong people in charge, corrupt, and money grubbing. Im so disappointed in this company, what they do is wrong. They neglect patient needs and lack compassionate care, which greatly impacts safety, all for a little more money at the end of the day.

This company only cares about money. Not patients. The office staff is extremely rude and argumentative. If you have Medicaid, good luck getting them to see you since apparently Medicaid doesn’t pay them enough for them to care about you. If you want or need nursing care, good luck with that too. Appparently they are not required to send a CNA, and they’ll only pay a nurse to see you unless you’re on your death bed, if that. I guess they don’t make enough money on that to care either. This company will give you therapy. That is all. The other home health company’s send nursing care automatically and never argue with you about whether or not you need it. The other companies provide you with all the services you require and actually care about you, not just the money.
