Regal Gallatin Valley

My family and I went to see a movie today. We paid for our tickets and we're in line at the concession counter ordering refreshments. All of us we're wearing masks. I had my mask over my nose but not pulled all the way up. I was literally harassed by the staff because they decided that my mask wasn't pulled up far enough. The staff we're truly Mask Bullies and made a scene. We got our tickets refunded and left. We are avid movie goers, but not anymore. After this experience, we will not be back. Obviously these bullies, don't understand that the tickets and concessions pay their wages and keep the doors open and movies playing. The owner should be horrified by their behavior.

Staff is very rude since reopening. Wearing a mask following the mandate, still will not let you pass until you hear their updated rules and regs. Even if you've already been in and have been updated. And voice such. Even though it is posted clearly on the doors, in the hallways, at each individual theater entrance. I think Jonah was his name? Cornered my friend and I, well within our 6 foot bubble. Said we had to hear his policy before we proceeded... had already given our tickets and gotten directions. Very very rude. You'd think they'd be trying to be positive, encourage people to come in, etc. Might as well stay home and Netflix!

very nice staff. very clean. empty theater during the matinees. (its like 9 bucks....)nnsupport bozeman’s only movie theater. watch a movie and buy a g’damn slushy and some f’ing popcorn!

Friendly staff, efficient service behind the counter, my viewing of Christopher Nolan's 'Tenet' was thrilling.

It's hot!!! Why is it always so hot winter,summer doesn't matter. Horrible to shop when hot. Especially Macy's.
