This being the 4th small business i have helped open or opened personally i can say with confidence that Cj is a very open, responsive and professional business attorney. He helped us in a timely manner and was available, seemingly, at all times if I had any questions or concerns. Opening a new business can be stressful and full of paperwork - some lawyers make it difficult to get answers (and can make you feel lower on the totem pole). Cj made us seem like his top priority (and i know he was busy so that made it even more meaningful), by far this was the least stressful experience i've had opening a new business. Thanks again CJ! I was working on a large, complex real estate investment deal in Bozeman and CJ flawlessly handled the legal process start to finish I work as a banker for a living and have dealt with lawyers on a daily basis from the Top U.S. firms around the country. . .CJ is as good a lawyer as I've ever worked with and it's a big benefit to Bozeman and the greater Gallatin Valley to have someone of his quality working in the area. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

CJ was extremely instrumental during my divorce with kids. I had a very complicated divorce and CJ made sure everything was fair and equitable. He was always professional and quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. CJ is an incredibly kind person who cares about his clients, and that shined through every step of the way. I highly recommend CJ!

I hired Element law firm to handle my potential divorce. I was handed off to CJ which I was not informed of his lack of experience. Then CJ left the group so he had no one to advise him. CJ never listened to my needs, constantly tried to stir up trouble, and tried to get me to instigate a fraudulent case. He did things I didn't want him to do, and charged me for it. Trying to tell him no is like trying to tell a used car salesman you don't want the car. My overall experience was stressful and time wasted. I strongly suggest he goes and works with a firm until he gains some experience.
