From my check in, pre-OP, anesthesiologist, surgery, post surgery, I had a great experience. Very fast, careful, and painless operation. I am healing and feeling very well. Thanks to you guys. Your staff is awesome!

From the check in, to the nurses, to the surgeon and anesthesiologist, and my post-op care EVERYONE was amazing, beyond kind, and super professional. Big shout out to Dr. Robinson, Dr. Connors, and Justin. I'm not happy about breaking my leg but definitely happy about this wonderful place fixing me right up.

It's interesting to me that there are only two reviews and both are complaints about the charges. For others, like myself, wondering about the care, efficiency and professionalism I'd like to share my experience. I found the check in process to be quick and efficient. The waiting area was clean, inviting and comfortable. The nurse who started my IV was very friendly and got my IV on the first try. That doesn't usually happen for me. I met with the anesthesiologist and physician (Dr.Lynch) before my procedure. Both were friendly, professional and exude confidence that lowered my anxiety. I was pleasantly surprised by how quick and easy the procedure went. The recovery nurse was so friendly and kind. Bottom line, this place is like a well oiled machine without making me feel like I'm on a conveyor belt. Thanks to the whole staff for making an unpleasant procedure go as well as it possibly could. True professionals!

I was turned away today as I was told I had to pay my $240 copay first and if I didn’t have it they couldn’t help me and I’d have to leave. Mind you, I’m on social security disability and don’t have an extra $240 just laying around in my account. The very young girl in billing was very rude. She stated that she called me 2x on Friday (today is Monday) and also 2x this morning to let me know, no money no service today. I asked to see a printout of her calls to me as I showed her my I Phone where their wasn’t one single call. No voicemail. She said it couldn’t be done. I use to be a computer programmer and IT tech and I know it can be done! I understand that I have a previous outstanding balance and she claimed I have NEVER contacted her, not even once about it!!! But then, she proceeded to tell me that I have excuses. First my back surgery, then my neck surgery and also a lien on my bank account. IF I had NEVER talked to her.. how was she aware of these financial problems in my life??? She had no answer for me except to stand there with a sarcastic smirk on her face and telling me NO NO AND NO. I asked if I could sign a payment agreement and she said not on today’s service! I asked about the 20% discount as I’ve read it on here. I got a flat NOPE from her. Had me in tears. I asked how they could turn a person away in such pain? What happened to patient care? She told me it has nothing to do with that and patient care. They were a BUSINESS. First and foremost. When I told her that I also called their collection service regarding this, (where I was told NO partial payments. All or nothing!) she said they have nothing to do with them. Then why do they even deal with this service. Before I left in tears and miserable pain, I inquired if they had patient financial service as I meet the requirements for Bozeman hospital service and I was flatly told AGAIN, this is a BUSINESS not about patient care.nReally?? What?? They are horrible!
