If you are going to Bozeman Deaconess GI Clinic for the first time then you probably don’t have any alternatives. You are also probably pretty scared and unsure about what is happening to you. If that is your situation, do not look to the doctors, nurses, or staff at this clinic for comfort or support. Sure, they will attend to your medical needs but do not go in expecting a welcoming or comforting environment to help ease your stress.nnMy personal experience with this clinic is marred by miscommunications between their staff and scheduling conflicts between doctors. Even after five visits to this office, I never saw the same nurse twice. I was shuffled between two doctors who seemed to feel little need to communicate with each other about their shared patient, and my procedure was ultimately pushed back a week to accommodate a vacation. Even after my procedure, I had to wait over three weeks to begin a treatment plan, not because it was necessary but because I was forgotten.nnThe ladies at the front desk were nice enough in person, however, whenever I called the office with questions or to check on the status of my treatment plan, I felt like an annoyance and that my inquiries were inconveniences. Perhaps this can be chalked up to poor phone etiquette but when you are sick and scared it just feels cruel.nnIt has been almost a year since my first appointment with Bozeman GI and even today when I called with a simple inquiry about my prescription I was met with rudeness. Though Bozeman GI ultimately provided me with a diagnosis and the necessary treatment plan, my healing process was undoubtedly prolonged by a lack of personal attention and care.

Worst care and customer service I have ever seen in a Dr. office.Scheduling appointments are awful, rude nurses rude receptionist.Been like this for 2 years for me.Guess work on your symptoms no knowledge or care from Dr.nMedical Board needs to investigate this place.nI've seen Better care at a vet. than the Gi clinic.
