Never met such a confrontational manager before. Bought a pair of ratchet straps. Next day one failed. I called and asked if they would do a return. Person on the phone said they would swap it out. Came into the store and Brad said “none of his guys would say that to me on the phone.” I said are you saying I’m lying to you? Because I’ll show you on my call log that I called your store this morning. He said “why don’t you calm down or I’m not gonna do a return on any of this.” He then began to lecture me on how to properly tie down an atv. Brad could learn some etiquette on how to converse with customers. Unless North 40 likes it when customers don’t come back. Confrontational returns are not the way to keep customers coming back.

The last three times I have been in to the North 40 Store on 10th Ave in Great Falls have been horrible experiences. You won’t be able to get ammunition unless you are buddies with someone in the gun department. They hide their ammo inventory behind the counter and only give it to their friends and buddy’s or family. Regular customers are excluded from obtaining any. The front help are the most disrespectful cashiers I have ever had to deal with. I dread going into this place and buying anything. I will go to another cashier and stand in a longer line to avoid the one cashier that always gives me grief. There is seriously something wrong with her. No wonder that place is vacant of customers compared to the North 40 on the NW side of town. Might as well close that store.

If I could rate 10 Stars I would. This is one of the best stores for customer service that I've seen in a long time, the ladies in apparel go above and beyond to help and give you what you need. Jody and Pat and Robin went out of their way to making shopping a true pleasure. The store is clean well stocked anything you want and everything you want is there. A+ customer service job well done
