Tyjah had excellent customer service! We always come to this store and she is the best out of everyone that helped us! So friendly and knowledgeable!
Michelle and her staff were helpful, understanding, & accommodating.nWe bought the phone, had to return the next day for help. Returned a couple months later for more help. Michelle not only remembered us, but gave us her card in case we needed help again.nI also watched Michelle care for customers: an elderly lady who was hard of hearing and her adult son who was mentally handicapped; Michelle was kind, patient, courteous, and helpful with them. It was impressive; as most ppl in customer service I see in the public often lack this kind of respect for others.nThis is the epitome of professionalism and customer care.nI am not a big fan of the 5G that AT&T is pushing; but we will remain with AT&T because of our local store experience with Michelle and staff.nThank you, sincerely.
Michelle is a fabulous representative for AT&T. Every time my husband and I come come in she is always attentive to our needs and is super kind. She always checks to see if she can save us money on our bill and is super accommodating. I will only go to this store and work with Michelle. Hands down best location in town with a great crew.

I had an amazing customer experience at at&t today! The store was very busy and the manager Michelle was multitasking like no other trying to help her customers as well as her staff with their customers. She was calm cool and got the job done. I will always go to this store for all of my phone needs.
