We signed up for their swim class waitlist. When we finally reached the top, someone on their end screwed up with instructions and “clicked the wrong button in the program” and there’s “nothing we can do about it” so we lost our spot and got put back on the bottom of the list. Since then we have talked to 4 different people who have all promised to call back with a resolution. This has not happened. I am super Disappointed in how this situation was handled. Good thing there are other swimming opportunities for children in the area.nnEdit: since I have posted this, everything has gotten resolved. Thank you to the people who followed up with us. I greatly appreciate it!
Awesome place I did gymnastics there for 7 years and I dearly miss them I am no longer there because I moved. I love LMG with all my heart and Ill never forget about you guys!
They did not work with us for a refund or credit during the Covid crisis. Every other business in town issued some type of credit or refund. Look to another business that cares about its customers.
A great team of instructors who keep it fun and educational for the kids. They are energetic and enthusiastic about teaching the kids to be comfortable in and around the water. Kudos to the entire team! It's fun to watch them work and create a fun atmosphere for the kids to learn and be safe in the water.
We have been at Lone Mountain Gymnastics for the last nine months and 5 stars isn't enough. We love the coaches and how they interact with gymnast. They have the perfect balance of kindness and discipline and help your gymnast reach the goals they are trying to meet.
