Fantastic gym. The instructors are extremely gifted, with real world experience, and great teaching talent. The other students are super friendly and helpful. Great place to start out, or fix bad habits learned from previous training. My favorite place to be.
Had a great,welcoming experience at a self defense class. Liked it so well I'm trying a regular class next week. Knowledgeable owner, staff and volunteers made for a positive and empowering experience
