I went in for highlights of different colors and an all-over hair darkening. I had asked for the color orange, and they assured me the orange color that I wanted would in fact be orange just maybe a little darker than I was hoping for. I agreed, and they dyed it.nUnfortunately , it came out out too saturated in some areas and wet looks pink. I had spoken with the student the day before and explained that I definitely did not want anything that was pink or red. Also, the student told me before I left the day before the total price would be $76 44 for color and 32 for highlights. After the first part of the service, staff informed me they were charging me an extra $32. They were not finished with the highlights they first charged me for because they just bleached it but not the color I asked for as in they prepared the highlight but they double-charged me and would not lower the price to be what the student quoted me... when I pull my hair back into a ponytail, there are splotches of color in some places way more saturated than in others especially where the highlightstarts at the top. It also took over 5 hours to do my hair, and I have had a lot of experience even with highlights, and I've had great jobs done in way less than 2 hours. I don't want to complain about their customer service in terms of being polite or rude, but I did not get what I asked for and I feel like I was way overcharged. A lot more work went into it than was necessary . They also charge three different charges for where the color is deposited. $22 for your roots below that is $11 and below that is $11. So if you're going to get your hair dyed at all even a single color it's going to cost at least $44. I have been to salon academies including some very well-known ones in the southeast. They charge nowhere near that.nEither way I'm not happy enough to come back to spend that kind of money on doing it again. But I did appreciate the efforts that were made. I'm just not happy because this is going to last for a little while and there is no way to correct the problem without changing my highlights to be a totally different color than what I wanted. the saturation is way too much and looks almost in some places like huge dots before it gets pulled back into a streak.

I'd like to give a negative score. The experience was awful! My daughter & I went to get our nails done. They couldn't find our appointments in the system even though we got text confirmations on our phones. I had an appointment at 2:00 pm. I waited until 2:30 when the student came & told me she thought I should wait a week or two before getting my nails filled & to come back in a week or 2. The nails were lifting & obviously needed to be filled. TERRIBLE customer service!!! So rude. The instructor at the front seemed to care less when I told her what happened.

The facility is clean and we'll maintained. The student that cut my hair, Tramaine, did a wonderful job. The instructor was a little pushy with him and a few other students. Was not particularly impressed with that. But the prices are good and the student that performed the service was amazing. I have naturally curly hair, so it is a challenge to cut.

So far I've had a massage and cupping on my back which was perfect. Beautiful school too!
