I love town pump... working class convenience.. American spirit organic tobacco...beer..beer...beer
The new maintenance man working at this town pump is wonderful I just saw him spraying off the trash cans and keeping the whole parking lot clean!! he is a very hard worker. I go to This Town Pump a lot and I've noticed this gentleman the past few days working extremely hard and as a regular customer he stood out the most to me!
Staff were not wearing masks, against county health orders. Refused to validate my ID unless I removed my mask, again against county health orders.
I used to be a regular until tonight. Stopped to fill up my tank before heading out of town tomorrow, ran in to use the bathroom. Thought I'd grab a case of beer before heading out, and was yelled at because I didnt have a mask on by 4 separate employees while at the register. Two were wearing masks, and two were not. The two that weren't were eating at the counter, and when questioned about the hypocrisy said they dont get breaks and had to do it. I will no longer support a business that treats almost a daily customer like this, allows and encourages employees to be confrontational with customers, or does not allow employees appropriate lunch areas or breaks.
Best customer service I've ever had. The employees are extremely helpful, cheerful, and personable.The deli food is excellent and fresh. The deli workers will special make orders when asked. Its amazing when a gas station experience can lighten your mood and brighten your day. Thank you guys for everything and never change!
