Staff was polite. Otherwise, I had a conversation with the doctor for about 15 minutes without any new information for my vertigo symptoms. They suggested I go back to a PT again where I started this crazy goose chase. After 15 minutes of no help, I was then billed 145 dollars, which was decreased to 130 something because of their 10% discount if patients pay at the time of billing.nnDidn't get any help, but still got charged.

Caring and attentive staff of professionals working in support of Dr. Dodson, who is thoughtful, skilled, and an excellent physician overall. I appreciate the level of care I received here, and unreservedly recommend.

I never write reviews, but my experience was awful! I was so looking forward to this appointment after reading the great reviews. I have been miserable for months. Before the appointment, you will fill out an online survey with your symptoms. You will spend less than 5 minutes with the doctor; they will try to diagnose you based on the survey. They are not there to listen to your symptoms or problem-solve the case. No attempt will be made to treat you. Several doctors in the area tell me I have visible sinusitis, so I know I'm not crazy. This doctor's office, unfortunately, can only diagnose black and white cases.

I was extremely pleased how accommodating the front desk was in negotiating a last minute appointment for me as first time patient. The office is taking great precautions with COVID so you can be confident you and their staff are well cared for and protected. Dr. Dodson and his nurse were wonderful.nI was in and out of the office in record time while feeling like any concerns and needs were fully addressed. I feel confident, just after one appointment, recommending Dr. Dodson and his office for your ear, nose, and throat concerns.

Dodson spent less than 10 minutes with me and told me that it wouldn’t be beneficial to get my tonsils out after looking in my ears and mouth. I went to him for a second opinion and was told the complete opposite of the other surgeon. Everything that I had to say was totally written off. Had to wait in my vehicle for 30+ minutes and when I was walking in the building trying to get through the door with a stroller the gal just sat and watched me struggle to hold the door and push a stroller. Unimpressed will be seeing someone else and not going back.
