I was impressed with the standard of care I received from Dr.Sikoski. He was extremely thorough and professional. He was able to handle my urgent health crisis and came up with a solution that addressed the problem. Dr. Sikoski had amazing follow up and I felt as though he was invested in my health. I would highly recommend Dr. Sikoski to anyone seeking health solutions!

I recently moved to Bozeman and hadn't found a doctor yet when I had a medical issue that needed attention fast. I googled walk-in clinics and found East Main Medical. I was pleasantly surprised that the office is open until 6:00 pm most week days so going to the walk-in didn't interfere with my work schedule. Dr. Pete and his receptionist were awesome to work with!! The receptionist (I don't want to misspell her name) answered all of my questions over the phone about insurance & fees. Dr. Pete was so friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is super casual. I was quickly serviced (there was no wait at all) and sent on my way. I think I was in and out in about 30 minutes! THANK YOU to you both from a happy customer!

Although I am not old enough to remember when Doc’s traveled by horseback and/or wagon to their patients ... one’s confidence in their Doc was essential then as it is now.nHaving been a patient for many years of Dr. Pete (as I address him), I can give a review of confidence in not only the best medical expertise and expert analysis, he presents a definite comfort in his presentation within a down-to-earth atmosphere. His staff shows incredible respect not only for him but for each person entering East Main Medical Clinic.nAt most Doctor offices, we wait, and wait, and wait … then they rush through your visit. I call Dr. Pete “my instant Doc”. An instant Doc who takes time and care for you as an individual. If there would have been more than 5 stars to click on, I would have clicked on the most stars given as I haven’t yet experienced a better Doc in my 73+ years!

Since 1978 I have used a great many medical services in Bozeman for myself and eventually both our kids. There has never been a place as friendly, practical, easy to work with and welcoming as East Main. For some reason it feels like you have known them forever, and vice versa, when you walk in not feeling good. The are warm and welcoming when you get there, take lots of time with you, arrive at the most practical and convenient solutions, great with insurance tips and tricks to make things easier etc. It is the best around for immediate care in our family's experience.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sikoski for about 10 years. I first met him when he was practicing at Urgent Care in Bozeman before he established the East Main Medical Clinic. The thing I admire most about Dr. Sikoski is that you are treated as a real human being - the way it felt before the days of large PPOs and institutionalized medicine. As long as he is practicing, I won't be using another general practice doctor in Bozeman.
