If I could give zero stars I definitely would. I went to see Dr Crystal Henderson for the first time for insomnia and anxiety. This doctor didn’t run one test on me, instead she threatened me, chewed me out, and trapped me in the office after hours. I have NEVER been so disrespected and offended by doctor or human being in my life. When I asked her why she was yelling at me, her response was “tough love”. Being the first time I have ever met this lady and the fact that she is supposed to be a “professional”, that is absolutely crazy. This doctor is a joke. How she has her license is beyond me. If you want a doctor Who oversteps boundaries, doesn’t have an ounce of bedside manner, and doesn’t even address the reason you are going in in the first place, Crystal Henderson is a fine option for you.

I would have to say this has been one of the most frustrating experiences I have had receiving care, especially for someone who works in healthcare and understands the system.nnI rarely go to the doctor as I am a pretty healthy person, but went in for a sinus infection and issues with sleep. I was not able to see my established provider as he has no availability for a few weeks so they scheduled me with someone else which ended up in a $277 bill for 15 minutes of actual care, 30 minutes in waiting room (claim stated long visit).nnAfter 2 weeks, I called to renew my prescription to only be told I have to come back in to see my regular provider, even though it was the exact same issue, location and they had documented medical records (4 years at this location). I asked if this was really necessary given it was for the same thing and I was already seen only 2 weeks ago, as I didn’t want to pay more $ just to be prescribed the same medication.nnFlash forward one week later after numerous messages and phone calls, they finally leave a message to only state they will not renew my medication. Needless to say, I am transferring my care elsewhere where I am not given the run around, treated for the issues at hand and with respect.

I’ve had great experiences with Dr. Izbicki and Dr. Weiss both! Dr. Izbicki is a great doctor for OB/GYN as well as my primary. She is very knowledgeable, smart, understanding, yet to the point. The usual nurse who works with her is SO sweet and sociable.nnDr. Weiss was also my primary for about 3 years. I found he is a really great doctor as well, knows his stuff, and is very polite. He’s a laid back guy and easy to get along with! I have suggested my fiancé make an appointment with Dr. Weiss as well, because both of us prefer a doctor who doesn’t overprescribe medications and is open to natural remedies!nn(The only reason I switched between primaries is because two different insurance policies referred me to different doctors in different years. They are both wonderful—and I cannot explain the negative reviews for any other doctors because I’ve only had positive, comfortable experiences here).

Dr michaels is great. Other general experience is above average and quality.

We are on vacation and didn’t have a doctor here to do a follow up from the ER. Dr. Mitchell fit us in on a Saturday. He was great! So smart and easy to talk to. Thank you.
