He acted like he had something to prove, started cross examining my wife at the 1st meeting like he was trying to catch her in a lie, he kept grilling her as to what age and grade of school she was in when she ran away from home as a child (we are talking 30+ years earlier) saying she couldn’t be right about her estimate (she was just making her best guess since it was in her childhood).nnI suspect we made the mistake of saying we were hoping the evaluation (that her therapist had recommended getting, after seeing my wife for several seasons) might be additional help in her getting on disability, I think as soon as he heard that he was out to prove something.nnWe don’t really care that much about it, it would just help with my wife’s medical expenses and we wouldn’t have even been there if her therapist hadn’t said we should, plus we don't need his help, it was just going to be added information, she can get it without his help.nnHe basically accused my wife of exaggerating her condition, without knowing her history based on a 15 minute interview. If he had bothered, he would know that her life reads like a horror novel with the mistreatment she has received in her life. I’ve been with her for 17 years and know what she has been through, and I know she doesn’t make things up, but this miracle doctor seems to be able to know my wife better then I in 15 minutes *rolls eyes*.nnMy wife was devastated by his accusations, which is certainly no way to treat someone with mental health issues.nnThis guy is a quack, stay away.
