Any company that forces you to make multiple selections on their phone system while having to listen to all of their non-sense in order to get through to someone should close their doors and move to CA where they belong. I attempted to make an appt for an injury but gave up after 60 seconds of navigating their phone system...when the doctors think they're time is more valuable than mine than it's time to retire. You guys are idiots!

A specialist here identified a non-union and malunion missed/ignored by a previous surgeon. They referred me to another specialist who was able to fix my leg. I've seen several surgeons and PAs here due to crush injuries and repairs and most of the time I don't wait long. Like any doctor's office that will depend on the day and the doctor. Like any surgeon's office, your surgeon might not be the best at interpersonal skills, that's what they have physicians assistants for. Surgeons are quite cut and dry. Surgeons aren't there to be your friends or to bring you comfort. It's not Grey's Anatomy. What you will find is competence in their field. Come with specific questions. If you have addirional concerns, talk to the physicians assistant. They are there to help bridge that gap and make sure you have the information you need.nn*Oh, and always request physical/occupational therapy if you've had an immobilized or limited mobility joint due to injury or whatever. Not all surgeons will recommend it even when it's helpful. Advocate for yourself. You can do it!

I have used Bridger Orthopedic twice now, once for major shoulder surgery and now for debilitating lower back pain. I can't thank there team enough over the years for helping put me back together. Rachel helped fix my lower back pain in a few shorts PT sessions. Pain I had for years. I hope I won't need there services again but if I do it will be here.

After arriving at Bridger Ortho, I waited a short amount of time before I was called back. I then waited over 60 minutes to meet with the doctor for less than 10 minutes. Though the doctor was sincere, the lack of organization among this medical team experienced today was unbelievable. I will likely never return to Bridger Orthopedics unless I absolutely have to.
