I am terrified of the dentists! I have been seeing Dr. Sager for at least 6 years now and I have zero anxiety seeing him. I highly recommend him and his staff to everyone. He is small town, kind, and relaxed. He is great with kids and adults. You will feel like a family member is taking care of you! I have never had a bad experience ud83dude0a

They take Medicaid patients then do not listen if you tell them that you are in pain. Brush you off and under serve the medicaid population.

Really great office from the waiting area to reception, hygienist, and dentist. It's too bad others were critical before as I've been to Medicaid insurance offices in many states and this visit was by far more personal and patient.

Today was my first visit and they were wonderful! There was minimal wait to get in and the staff were so great! My dental assistant was super cool and the Dentist was great. She was very kind, patient and gentle. Great first visit!! Thank you!

Receptionist-great, hygienist-super cool, dental assistant-nice, the female dentist that evaluated my x-rays and performed my exam great person. The dentist that performed my work-rude. Dr. Sager was the most impersonal and non communicative medical professional I’ve ever come in contact with. From the moment he walked into the room and didn’t even introduce himself to not asking me a single question or making one other comment in my direction. He just started working without even confirming or explaining what he was going to be doing that visit. I even spoke up to advocate for myself when he left the room and told the assistant that I didn’t feel like I even knew what was happening. She asked if I wanted him to communicate so she told him I wanted to know what he was doing. He said a quick sentence about what he has done and was about to do then never said another word. I had to groan a second time every time I needed the suction so that we would take his hands out to allow his assistant in and he was back in the moment I opened my mouth to breath. The one thing he’s good at is working fast, unfortunately that was at the cost of my comfort and his work quality. When I got home and the local wore off there was a large sharp edge of the filling material poking out into my tongue nearly sharp enough to cut it. Needless to say I won’t be coming back to Dr. Sager nor his office at all. It’s unfortunate to all his employees and even partners that he’s seemingly just there for the money to be made, as quickly as possible.
