I was able to move in at a time I slept in my car... that was 3 years ago. The staff are awesome and genuinely care about the tenants. The tenants are more than neighbors - we are a family. The history of Park Manor is still relevant and alive, within its walls, its artwork by famous Charlie Russell, and the location is excellent.

This is a great place to start over again in life, it's clean, people are friendly, and the location is right there on Central Avenue where the best thing is to go and do business with the community business. I am enjoying it!!!

I would rate 0 stars if I could. The bed bug infestation is ridiculous. In the walls, ceilings, etc. They don't take it seriously as a health issue and the food program is worse than public schools.
