Awesome walk! You have to cross a creek a few times so dress accordingly.

The trailhead does not post that there are several stream crossings without bridges. Took family with children unprepared for stream, creek, river crossings in bare feet or wet shoes. Be prepared for only a mile or less of navigable dry land. The trail continued on the other side of the water, but wading was necessary.

It's a cool place to hike through. Just be sure to get there early in the summer months or every site along the creek will be taken.nn4 stars because they banned alcohol because of a few jerks.

Thought there'd be more to it, but we didn't cross the water with the kids so maybe there was more to it
