Horrible customer service got a blood pressure monitor that ended up not working literally would not turn on. I was told to wait to return cause of covid understandable so i waited called every 2 weeks. And finally called again lady said we dont take back electronic devices and its past the 1 week return policy really seriously what a waist of time and money. Horrible training and customer service

Used to come here for a bunch of stuff, but my most recent experiences with them have been miserable their customer service is severely lacking. When shopping for medical needs your employees should be pleasant and not tell you repeatedly how much your problem is causing them problems. Maybe try some sensitivity training.

customer service is the worst i have seen, do they not realize it easier to be nice than mean and onry as being retired and worked in retail there employees need help includind the owner she handled my order very rudely i had to come back for my return

They can make exactly what I need that in my option works better then the "Big Pharm" brand for $8.50 as opposed to anywhere from $60 to $80 a pill.

The Medicine Shoppe was bought out and re-named Bountiful Drug by its new owners.
