Had a policy for years with this company with zero claims. After putting a new roof on my house I submitted all the paperwork and then proceeded to tell me the siding was bad because of some dirt on the side of the house. If I wished to maintain my policy I would need to repair the siding and start a new policy for the roof and siding.nLets also not forget that each year when they are supposed to submit information to the mortgage company they don’t - in turn leaving me to try and get in touch with this clown show (don’t mean to insult clowns) to get the documentation for the mortgage company - doing what they are paid to do. Because they’ve failed to provide proper documentation on several occasions I have had to pay additional fees and service charges as well as spend several hours on numerous phones trying to show there were never any gaps in coverage.nIf you are looking for a company that makes you do all the leg work, won’t provide adequate coverage for your home, makes excuses for not doing their job, and not only charges you the premium but sticks you with a bunch of services fees - this is the place for you.

This is the biggest scam company around. I would avoid them at all costs. We bought a house less than 1 1/2 years ago. Before the house was purchased they had someone verify the roof was in great condition. However, after a year in the house we have roof issues and when we went to make a claim it was denied because they said the roof is too old and they would not insure it, so we have to replace it out of pocket. The workers are clueless and rude, also they are terrible at getting back to you. If you want an insurance company that actually takes care of you then this is not the right company. If you want to waste money then this is the place to go.

This company went to bat for me on my claim against a contractor who was a storm chaser. This contractor con'ed me into signing a contract that would have cost me a large amount of money out of my pocket in the end. The claims department exceeded my expectations in working with me and the adjuster to ensure everything was covered properly and paid fairly. Great claims experience. I would recommend this company to anyone. This company only writes in the state of Montana. I love that I am supporting a local Montana company.

Do not buy insurance from this agency! My family was just informed that Cascade Farmers Mutual, located at 5000 10th Ave. South in Great Falls, MT, is not rated and will scam you if you have a claim. They gladly accept your premium; however, when it comes time to submitting a claim...they will deny the claim and not stand behind those that they insure. My elderly relative had paid premiums to Cascade Farmers Mutual for over 50 years and recently turned in a claim. Cascade Farmers Mutual denied the claim when there was obvious evidence they should have accepted the claim. Also, they often use adjusters that are not local to the area! It is very important to obtain insurance coverage only with insurance companies that are rated high with valid insurance rating companies!!!!! Make certain the company that is doing the rating is valid with an excellent standing as well.
