Have bought 3 cups of coffee there over the past 3 weeks, Stone House coffee, every one of them leaked all over. The clerk recommended getting a 2nd cup to hold the leaks, the backup cup also leaked. The people working there DFC.
Somone backed into my mom there the guy was clearly drunk and would hVe hit the car behind if we didnt yell for him to stop.messed up her taillights. The clerk did nothing to help us wouldn't even call the cops. Nothing he could go he said. SeemsnLike they would have
I have been going to this store for years but today I will stop going there. You go in ask for something behind the counter and the person does not listen and he comes back with the wrong item twice and then yells at you from the other end of the store is this right are you sure. I sorry you don’t listen and have no customer service skills. You really need to take some classes in how to treat people. Sad that the store has gone down hill so bad.
