this bank has horrible customer service, we sat in the drive through line for 10 minutes with no one acknowledging us.
If I could rate this bank lower I would. No reason to bank at a local bank if they don’t do anything to help their long time customers but instead have inane and mindless policies that the local manager can’t make reasonable accommodations to. Bank somewhere else. The Belgrade branch is particularly unhelpful. Sadly, I get better service with Ally bank and I don’t even talk to humans for 95% of my banking needs.
