Great little bank! We were struggling with a title on our truck and these guys went out of their way to go above and beyond, track down the title, pay to get it here and take great care of us. They have been amazing to work with and get our loan through! Thank you so much!
Customer service.nI was appalled by the lack of customer service. I left work early since they aren't open on Saturdays and close during the week at 4:30. When I got there they said it would take 20 minutes and they closed in 15, so come back another day. The end. I can think of a hundred different ways to help a customer, none of them end in come back some other day. For a credit union that built their business on service for its members, this was disappointing.
Love the customer service the lady's working their were very hospitable and very professional. I recommend it
Their app never works, they can NEVER be reached by phone and they're hardly ever open
The bearded guy working the window lately has the WORST customer service and overall attitude . I wish they would put someone else there, I know they have better people.
