44 Water Treatment and Well Service

My grandmother, who lives in a small town on a well, asked this business to come out and put a new pump in for her well. So he does, charges her 700$, she explained to him that she has 42 heads to run her sprinkler system. The pump the business put in was the wrong size, completely. She called to express her frustration with the pump not working-he did not resolve the problem. A meeting was set up between her, the 44 water and her sprinkler system company. He no showed, and denied that the date that was previously set up was not on the agreed upon date. The thing that bothers me the most... my grandmother does not deserve to be taken advantage of. This business was unprofessional at the least. Shame.

MY well quit. Carl came immediately and fixed it. Was a simple easy fix. He did not try to make it something big. Was awesome answering questions. I have a OLD pump and will definitely call him when I have a new one put in! And he is always open.
